Chanting God's Divine Name loudly gives sweetness and joy

Though performance of mental japa is better than Chanting God's Divine Name loudly, the sweetness and joy born out of the loud chanting of the 'Nãma' is an experience which is beyond comparison.
When the Bhaktã's mind mingles in the melody he attains the experience that the Nãma is verily Brahman (The supreme).
