Brhadaranyaka Upanishad
सोSकामयत् द्वितीयो म आत्मा जायेतेति स मनसा वाचं मिथुनं समभवत् |
He desired; let a second body be born of Me and embraced Word with His mind.
All things that can be thought of had beginning in Word, or the eternal concept in the Divine mind.
