சில ஸப்தங்களுக்கே நல்லது செய்யும் சக்தி உண்டு. அதாவது 'ச்ரேயஸ்' உண்டு.
ராம நாமவை "ஜகத் ப்ரதம மங்களம்" என்று காளிதாஸன் கொண்டாடுகிறான்.
ராம என்கிற சப்தம் அவ்வளவு ச்ரேயஸ்கரமானது.
