Having compassion of the Lord as the foundation, the one which has no rules, the one which can eradicate the force of Kali, Namakirtanam is the only resort. I think again and again about this with in Myself

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

Through the practice of the Name preceded by its true appraisement, however the same Brahma reveals itself even as a value of a jewel is revealed by its correct knowledge.

Nama Article 31st July 2011

Sant Tulasidas

There are two aspects of God – the one qualified and the other unqualified. Both these aspects are unspeakable, unfathomable, with our beginning and without parallel. To my mind, greater than both is the Name, that has established Its rule over both by its might. Friends should not take this as a bold assertion on the part of this servant; I record my mind's own conviction, partiality and liking. The two aspects of Brahma (GOD) should be recognized as akin to fire (viz the Absolute) which is latent in the wood; while the other (Saguna – Form) corresponds to that which is externally visible. Though both are inaccessible by themselves, they are both inaccessible by themselves, they are easily attainable through the Name; therefore I have called Name greater than both Brahma (Infinite God) and  Lord Rama. Brahma (Infinite God) is one, all pervading and imperishable; He is all Truth, consiousness and a compact mass of joy.

Even though such immutable Lord is present in every heart, all beings in this world are nonetheless miserable and unhappy. Through the practice of the Name preceded by its true appraisement, however the same Brahma reveals itself even as a value of a jewel is revealed by its correct knowledge.

Thus we are able to comprehend to a certain extent that there is no difference between the Name of the Lord and the Lord. Don't we?

Feeling that these Forms alone will not suffice for redemption of the world He also became the Divine Names such as 'Hari!' 'Siva!' and is ever alive in these Names.

It is verily the Name of the Supreme One - the one who creates, sustains and rests it in Himself

Name and the Named are but one

God, Guru, Srimad Bhagavatam and God's Divine Name --- all are one and the same.

The Divine Name of the Lord ('Bhagavan Năma') has the power to redeem one and all.

The name is essence

With the external support, says Kabir, is the Supportless known

For every word there is a meaning which is inseparable

Even though there is complete identity between God and His name, the former closely follows the latter

Thus it is clear that we cannot identify an object without knowing its Name

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Thus it is clear that we cannot identify an object without knowing its Name

Nama Article 28th July 2011

Sant Tulasidas

देखिअहिं रूप नाम आधीना।

रूप ग्यान नहिं नाम बिहीना।।

रूप बिसेष नाम बिनु जानें।

करतल गत न परहिं पहिचानें।।

Form is always found to be subordinate to the Name. A person may hold a diamond in his hand, but he cannot discover its identity unless and until he is told that it is a diamond. And without knowing what it is, he cannot form any idea of its value.

He is appraised of its high value only when he learns from a jeweller that it is a 'diamond'. Thus it is clear that we cannot identify an object without knowing its Name.

The only substantial thing is the Name of Hari; all the worldly objects are mere trash

Nama Article 27th July 2011

Sant Kabir

I have tried all efficacious drugs; none is equal to the Name;

Even a small quantity of It entering the system transforms the whole body into pure gold;

The only substantial thing is the Name of Hari; all the worldly objects are mere trash;

Like unto a dew drop which is mistaken for a pearl and which vanishes in no time;

The moment one installs the Name in his heart, all the sins are destroyed,

Just as spark of fire, dropped on parched grass, burns it in no time.

We would feel that there is none as rich as we are because we have got such a Guru Ratnam

There is no distinction between the Divine Name and the Divinity Himself; for the Name is the invaluable wish fulfilling gem that has come down to this earth as an incarnation of the blissful consciousness of the Divinity.

I have found, yes, I have found the wealth of the "Divine Name – Rama" the gem; My true guru gave me a priceless thing

Why should we chant the Lord's name repeatedly if it is true that the utterance of His Name just once shall burn up the sins?

A single Name is so powerful that one cannot commit as many sins as it can erase even if he were to take a vow to commit only sins

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

There is no other yoga, superior to Nama-kirtan. Kirtan is the ultimate way to attain the Supreme Being.

There is no other yoga, superior to Nama-kirtan. Kirtan is the ultimate way to attain the Supreme Being. Hence one should engage in the kirtan of Shri Krishna

Only due to merits earned in crores of births does Bhagavan Nãma come on our tongue

Which is THE BEST DHARMA?

Of all religious practices, japa (repetition of divine name) is said to be the supreme practice

One can attain the highest goal only through dedicated endeavors of japa.

There is no knowledge or vow, meditation or acquisition which is equal to Divine Name

We should Chant and remember the Divine Name every breath we intake and we need not try to do anything else.

Having compassion of the Lord as the foundation, the one which has no rules, the one which can eradicate the force of Kali, Namakirtanam is the only resort. I think again and again about this with in Myself

Indeed there is one great virtue possessed by the Kali age,

Kalikaala Uchitam Dharmam Namasankirtanatmakam

Sant Kabir

क्या भरोसा देह काबिनस जात छिन मांह ।

साँस साँस सुमिरन करो और यतन कुछ नाह ॥

What is the assurance of the mortal body which would fall anytime irrespective of the person's stature?

We should Chant and remember the Divine Name every breath we intake and we need not try to do anything else.

Secret that will help you realize happiness in whatever you do

Every moment of our life that is spent without the thought of God is indeed a waste.

Contemplate Krishna's name every moment; your mind will become steady

Death awaits your day with its jaws open heartlessly, And yet daring you are to live on unperturbed, Without seeking the real solution, Which goes by the name "liberation"

kalakshebo na kartavyah, kshenamaayuh kshane kshane, yamasya karuna naasti, kartavyam hari kirtanam.

Every moment of your life should be taken as His gift.  Be rest assured that every incident that happens is by His grace and happens for your well-being.

Guru Nanak felt that it would be improper to postpone Nama Smarana or remembering the Name of the Lord, even by a single breath

The thought that seize out one's mind for life long period would surely, strongly surface during the last breath

That unshakable faith in Rama Nama remained with him till his last breath.

The human body is a rare boon to embodied souls and that too is very transient (momentary, short-lived, temporary)

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
