Excerpts from a discourse by our Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji

If one chants the Divine names desirous of attaining worldly pleasures, which are harmful to him and if the all knowing Name of the Lord fulfils his desire, how can we call the Name compassionate at all? Will a loving father ever give some food that his child cannot digest or is poisonous?

Instead, the most compassionate Divine name makes one forget the poisonous worldly pleasures and bestows the nectar-like happiness in the feet of the Lord.

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
