One does not have to take time off from one's other pressing dayto-day activities for mentally chanting the Lord's name.

Aspirants who were scared away by notions of rigorous, time-consuming austerities normally associated with spiritual disciplines, should derive immense cheer from the message contained in the preceding paragraph, which outlines the simplest ever recipe for Sadhana. One does not have to take time off from one's other pressing dayto-day activities for mentally chanting the Lord's name.

A suggestion: whenever possible, try to chant His names loudly at least for a few minutes so that the vibrations of those letter-sounds reverberate forcefully through your mind and body and infuse new vigour in you. Over a period, you will find that you become an addict to this, that slowly the frustrations and tensions in your mind and the fatigue in your body give place to an indescribable peace of mind: and that a sea-change takes place in your life. Later, if you ever feel like it, you can increase the duration of your chantings; try to understand the significance of the names you chant; participate in religious discourses; seek the company of holy persons; or simply sit down and meditate on the glories of the Lord. Various disciplines and Sadhanas have been indicated in the various Skandhas. If you are unable to adopt any of them, the least you can do is to follow the "Kali Yuga recipe'' which is also an "instant recipe'' for the 20th/21st centuries. Experience it and be rewarded. The Lord's Grace is waiting for you to open the door.

The Sanathana Dharma is universally true. While the Dharma cannot be changed, the alternative is to adapt the right kind of Dharma, apt for the age. That is verily the Bhagavata Dharma, which is nothing but chanting of the Divine Name of God

When one believes in the grace of the Lord alone and totally surrenders to Him, he is liberated in the very same birth.

What is the secret of success?

Japa and Meditation are the best and fastest way

It is up to you to choose the most apt means of transport given your current load of luggage and various other factors

When a house is on fire, the smartest thing to do would be to find the fastest escape route out of the house instead of analyzing the cause for the fire.

Having compassion of the Lord as the foundation, the one which has no rules, the one which can eradicate the force of Kali, Namakirtanam is the only resort. I think again and again about this with in Myself

Kalikaala Uchitam Dharmam Namasankirtanatmakam

Chanting the Name of the Lord is the easiest and surest path as there is no scope for any negative effects

Of all religious practices, japa (repetition of divine name) is said to be the supreme practice - Adi Shankara

The ONLY religion for this age - The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
