In this kruti Tyagaraja prays to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha the omnicient, requestig Him to bestow power to think of and to chant his name always.

 

narasimhA nanu brOvavE Sreelakshmi ||	Oh Lakshmi Narasimha, please protect me.
koramAlina narula goniyADanu nEnu  parama pAvana nA pAli Srilakshmi ||	I cannot adore worthless people. I seek refuge in the most pious Sri Lakshmi Narasimha.
needu bhaktAgrEsaruDu prahlAduDa  puDoka kanaka kaSyapu  vAdulOrvaka ninnu SaraNani AdukOmana gAchinAvu ||	Prahlada your foremost devotee was unable to bear the abusive utterences of his father Hiranyakasipa, sought for protection. You readily saved him.
