குருவந்தனம்

குருநாதன் துண செய்க சந்ததம்

திருநாமங்ஙள் நாவின் மேலெப்பொழும்

பிரியாதே யிரிக்கேணம் நம்முடே

நரஜன்மம் சபலமாக்கீடுவான்

English Transliteration

Guru Nathan thuna cheiga sanththam,

Thiru namangal navin mel eppozhum,

Piriyathe irikkanam nammude,

Nara janmam saphala makkeduvan.

Translation

I invoke the blessings of my Guru,

So that the divine Names of the Lord

May remain always on my tongue

And make my human life fruitful.
